Pavillion Beige with Pacer White

Travis and Carina needed their home exterior repainted.  Their concern for a quality painter and paint was very high as there house was built only 3 years ago.

The exterior of their home needed cleaning due to new construction in the area creating a lot of dirt and debris in the air.  They were curious if there was something out there that could help.

Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh in my opinion is the best exterior paint and perfect to fill their needs.  Emerald Rain Refresh has self-cleaning technology while maintaining high TIO2’s for UV and fade resistance.  The house is cleaned every time it rains.  I like using the analogy of not putting anything on your windshield vs. using Rain Ex.  You will see the difference and the investment in the product is worth it.

The house design is Sherwin Williams Pavilion Beige on the body of the exterior with Pacer White trim.  The corbels in the front of the house above the garage and under the window were painted to match their garage door.  Artistic creations like that are some of my favorite things to do!

Travis and Carina got the quality painter and paint they asked for.
