Highly Reflective White

Charlie and Lana had major paint failure issues to the exterior of their house.   They wanted a design change from green to an ultra-modern design, a white body house with black accents but not all black trim.

Sherwin Williams Highly Reflective White is a very appealing intense white that only comes in their Emerald line. Emerald offers exceptional hide and durability. Perfect for covering the preexisting green body of the old color.

Emerald also has extreme resistance to blistering, peeling, and color fade, all of which mitigate the risk of future paint failures like they had.

Before the Emerald finish coats, the house needed surface preparation. I power wash clean and caulk gaps on all exteriors before I paint. This house called for a lot of scraping and priming as well.

Great paint is only great if it is applied on a correctly prepared substrate.
