Stone Lion and Tavern Taupe

Jeff and Jennifer needed to sell their house with a new design. The previous body color was dark brown and faded with yellow trim.

I suggested a lighter body color and a darker trim. With the new owners in mind lighter colors absorb less heat during the summer and helps with cooling bills.

Stone Lion body and Tavern Taupe trim is a good design for warm design feel.   Curb appeal is everything and turn key houses sell fast.

This one was on the market for one day and they got an offer.

!!!!SOLD!!!!

The new owners will enjoy Stone Lion and Tavern Taupe for a very long time before they need a new exterior residential repaint.
