Step One – Wall Paper Removal
Justin bought a new house in Teal Brooke and wanted a facelift before he moved in. Wall paper removal from various projects. On occasion I’ll see texture and/or painted over wall paper. This is a bad practice and creates a huge future headache. At some point wall paper glue will fail and everything on top of it will fail with it. Wall paper removal sets the foundation for a durable and better binding future for all interior resurfacing.
Paint and Complete
A majority of the house was painted in Sherwin Williams Grayish and extra white trim. Accent door in Sherwin Williams 2020 color of the year Naval blue. Kitchen, bath, trim installation, flooring and more was completed by Marks Construction.
